Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and packed within 2-3 business days of receiving, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the following weekday. Depending on the size of your order, shipments may be split into multiple packages.

Shipping usually takes 4-5 business days via USPS or UPS after being processed. That time frame can naturally adjust depending on where you live. Orders will be shipped from Oconomowoc, WI.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimate delivery date for your order, this date will also be included in your Order Confirmation email.

Currently, MayHouse Collection only offers US Domestic shipping.

We try our best to get our packages to you as fast as possible!

If there is a rush on an order please email us (orders@mayhousecollection.com), with your name and order number as the subject, so we can figure out the best shipping option to get the order to you!

Additional charges will apply for express shipping.

MayHouse Collection is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office or UPS.

If the item is marked delivered, but you still have not received your order; then you will need to contact the carrier.
